This is an individually designed session. The couple shares the same room with one therapist. One relaxes prior to massage while the other receives and then the couple trades places for the second massage. This session is designed to help the couple relax more and enjoy a couple hours relaxing together .

Swedish massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve   it's circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance and greater flexibility.

Swedish (Relaxation) Massage

This is for clients needing urgent appts due to severe pain that is not required to see a Dr or emergency room. Same day appointment is scheduled only by the therapist and dependent or availability.

Sports massage is a type of massage designed for  highly active  people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term.  Sports massages enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury,  reduce pain and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility,  and dramaticly improve recovery rates.

Deep muscle therapy is a type of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of muscle tissue in the body. Deep muscle therapy is highly effective method for relieving chronic stress due to misalignment,  repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of deep muscle work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get to uncomfortable. Keeping mind soreness is common after treatment and plenty of water ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will be released from the deep tissue during the session.

Deep Muscle Therapy

Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling). if the mother to be is healthy and has received massage regularly deeper work is possible with and up charge of 10 dollars. No massage is recommended prior to 14 weeks.
